Return & Exchange | J SELECT HK

Customers may apply the return/exchange through our online services, or contact our CS hotline at 2926 2300 during services hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm)

For products from NutriGreen, you can contact our staff at 3180 3188 or through email (nutrigreen@nutrigreen.com) for return and refund.

 

Return/ Exchange Policy

We would accept return/exchange within 7 days after order is shipped for the reason of product quality problem. After 7 days, please contact the services centre that written at the warranty card of the products.

The product, accessories and packages; documents like delivery invoices, , operation manual and other documents; information like, customers’ names, coupon/points used in transaction (if applicable) and return/refund reasons will be required for the return/refund process. If customers are not able to provide the mentioned documents, return/refund may be rejected.

For any quality problem of product, J Select would assign a logistic company for pick it up and exchange a new one to you.

 

Reminders:

  1. J Select offline store will not accept return/exchange of products purchased online, and J Select online store will not accept return/exchange of products purchased in offline stores.
  2. Products purchased during promotion will be returned/refunded according to the price customers paid in the transaction, while customers will not enjoy the favorable terms.
  3. Only one return/exchange will be accepted for one purchase.
  4. For products not with quality problems, customers need to pay for the delivery.
  5. No return/refund for wine and watch.
  6. In case of any dispute in relation to the application, J Select’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

Cancellation Policy

For customers who request to cancel the orders, please contact the customer service centre before 24 hours of delivery or send email to cs@jselect.hk with order number, items ordered and arranged delivery date and time. Customers have to pay for the shipping fee if the orders have been shipped. Please visit Shipping & Delivery for delivery fee detail.

*Remarks: $300 handling fee will be charged for any cancellation of Jebsen staff orders (except for product quality reason).
